I bought this 04 RCSB last october it after the joy of a new toy wore out the ride was really getting to me! it was lowered with drop springs front and rear 2.5/4.5 with out a c notch so my battle began to improve the ride so C notch, stock leafs, stock front springs, DJM lower control arms, WC Flip kit and a few different shocks later the ride its pretty good (FINALLY) but now I have a squeak in the rear that is driving me nut and its very embarrassing every time I take off or come to a hard stop mostly "sometimes" on a good bump
I jacked the truck up so the leaf would spread and greased them also sprayed the bushing in the hangers and shackles did nothing!
still have the popping/clunk noise since I installed the flip kit too (another topic)
all this had pushed my turbo install really annoyed........

yes that was one of the 1st things I tried, the ride is now very good its the squeaks that are driving me crazy.........
eibach drop springs are a horrible ride so is western chassis drop leafs since I swapped them out I was enjoying the truck again till this noise started feels like a never ending story.....

What are you using for lube? Any liquid oils or grease will evaporate and squeeze out in a short time. Try using liquid graphite on suspension bushings if you're not already. The liquid holds tiny particles of graphite (a solid lubricant) in suspension and evaporates off leaving behind the graphite as a stationary lubricant.
