Don't know how it shifted but it shouldn't be hard to fix and rear will be loose for flip kit anyhow.
how do you plan on fixing this since the axle perch sits on an alignment pin, and isnt adjustable?

i just went and measured mine and i have the same problem. but mine is about 1/4" off...

i set my shocks to 7 on the ranchos. touch both bars to the leaf spring while sitting in the truck, then turn the bars. i crank the preload much farther than calvert recommends though. i start at 1/2 turn on passenger side and 3/4 turn on the drivers side. if it doesnt hook, i give it another 1/4 turn on each side. dead hooked 1.68 N/A last time and havent tried on the spray yet...but now i have an entire new suspension setup to learn
care to elaborate on the new setup?

How did you get the measurements? Being a 1/4'' off ain't bad. Not unless your trying to run 9's. Every bolt on the suspension has play. So you have to move it around till you get within a 1/16 or 1/8 or dead on.

Me and 00z71 got the new flip kit installed today and difference was night and day. The ride improved so much and also stopped trying to go sideways all the time. Thanks for the advice on flipkit and going back to stock hangers. I got it to hook now from a 50 roll on 7 psi and it feels great.

We think it was caused by thinner bolts when I had hangers installed.
