Default suspension

I have a nbs truck and when I had the 4.8 it would leave great but now that the new motor and trans is in all it wants to do is drift from lane to lane. Looking for some options. rear suspension is stock minus a spring and 2" drop hangers. Caltracs and some kind of new shock or do they make a adjustable coil over for the rear???

Sticky tires with caltracs to solve wheel hop helped me a lot. With some adjustable shocks and it would be even better.
