Thanks Guys,

No...... I'm not sure what it is. I am to call my trans shop back Monday AM to see when to bring it in.

My trans build has lots of Sonnax components. I wrote my contact @ Sonnax and his words are...........
"That code is most often the TCC and will trip high line pressure and harsh 1-2 shifts once set. Suggest proper TCC diagnosis by looking at TCC slip rpm data both cold and hot with TCC commanded fully locked."

I do have the harsh 1-2 shifts so we will see.

If indeed the converter, I don't drive it in a way to use any higher of a stall. I love how I can creep in the mountains. I have never been in a vehicle with a non-stock stall and would be afraid I would not like it.

I'll post back here with the diagnosis. Thanks!

Thanks, I ordered a Circle-D single disc 300mm configured to stock stall. I liked it the way it was and a factory from my dealer parts counter here is the same money with tax.
I very very rarely launch on the street and never go to the track.

So....... I am going for the Circle-D build factor.

Not really. She does feel and shift better but it is compared to when I was running the bad one.

Gas mileage has returned. It sneaked up on me gradually. She was slipping pretty good before I figured it out.

I called and requested Circle-D to make it a stock stall and that's what he did.

A new GM converter cost at the dealership was very close, so the better build Circl-D was a no brainer.

I blew my converter also and bought a Circle D triple Disk @ 2600. It feels looser, but I plan to put a cam in it, so I think that will change. I tow 8K, so my cam won't be wild either. Think I'm going to go with a TSP VVT-1. I also have a NOS 150 shot for when I need it
