steering stabilizer?

steering stabilizer?
what are you guys using to replace the OEM unit? my truck is at 140K w/ the stock one still in place. i just put some Bilstien HD's on it and want to finish off the job w/ a new stabilizer.
should i go w/ an OEM replacement from a parts store? or should i upgrade to an aftermarket shock or dual shock kit?
i have 16x8 AR wheels w/ 265/75/16 Nitto Terra Grapplers. bigger than stock.
