I pulled my intermediate shaft today and lubed it. I used the thickest heavy duty grease that they had at Advance Auto, loaded the inside of the shaft, compressed it 10 or 12 times 'til I saw it coming out the other end, put it back together, and no more clunky steering. I'll keep my fingers crossed that the lube works long term....but if I have to lube it too many times, I may try the Borgeson shaft from Summit. We'll see, but it seems to be like new with the lube.
