Default Stabilitrak light after AXN swap

Got the AXN (14 bolt semi floater) swap in my 06 Avlanche and my dash looks like a damn christmas tree because of the Stabilitrak system. The rearend came out of 08/09 Escalade, however the mechanic shop can't figure out why the light is even on, when the system reads speed input from the rearend.
Anyone else have this problem or have a fix?

I don't have stabilitrak on my 2004 tahoe but the rearend I used had the wheel speed sensors on it. I cut them flush and have had no issues obviously. What brakes did you use? If the rear brakes are significantly bigger than the factory ones maybe its upsetting the ABS. or possibly the sensors on the new axle are bad.

Might be a dumb question but is it the same gear ratio as before?

I used the 06 avalanche brakes, since they are bigger than the NNBS rear brakes. I shaved some of the OD of the rotor to make them work, but i wouldn't think the ABS system would know the difference. New sensors on the axle, the junkyard cut the old ones. The sensors read wheel speed through the scanner if you pull them and insert them into a bearing and spin it. Makes no sense.

My Avy came with 3.42 and the AXN only came with 3.42s, so they are the same.

That's very strange then. Does it drive normally? Did you open the diff up and inspect the gears?

Drives fine, I opened it to change fluid, however didn't count the gear teeth. It only has 30k on it, and looked brand new. Doubt someone swapped gears in a factory escalade.

I doubt they did either I was thinking maybe the spider gears are jacked up and it was sensing slip or something along those lines.

Are any codes popping up?

C0045 left rear speed sensor
C0050 Right rear speed sensor

Did you get speed sensors for the 2008-2009 or for a 2006? Its possible that even though the connectors plug right up that the sensors are different. Although the fact that they are reading according to the scanner makes that seem more unlikely.
