Default SS3600 Converter and Stock Cam

I didn't know whether to put this in the engine section or here, but here goes:

I now have a Yank TT3000 and a stock cam. The combo works great I think, but eventually in the future I'd like to toss in a TSP 224/224 cam and the Yank SS3600. I'm thinking of selling my TT3000 and buying the SS3600, but I wouldn't be doing the cam for a while.

My question: Should I run the 3600 with the stock cam for a while or should I just keep the 3000 for now and upgrade the converter once I have the cam? If I do put in the 3600 with the stock cam, is it just going to be rediculously too big of a stall?

Thanks in advance.

Dunno if this helps any but when I did my SS4000 in the Sierra I was only running a TR224, now of course that converter was way oversized for that cam... but as far as driving normally I had no issues, racing wise I dont know if it will be a good setup or not until you put your bigger cam in.

I run an SS3600 with a 224/227 cam... I'd run it with a stock cam without any second thoughts if I had to...
