Default Spring Clamp Info PLEASE

If anyone has Spring Clamps on your truck, would someone mind measuring them for me?

Im 700 Miles from my truck right now and it will be a couple days till i see my truck. My brother got his hands on some Stainless Steel and all i have to do is tell him the Diminsions of the clamps so he can cut them out for me and punch some holes....

Any info will be very much appreciated!!!!

hey man, why not just get the spring clamp kit from autozone. It cost's like $11 and comes with heavy duty ubolts and everything you need.

Because i like making my own stuff and my brother owes me some favors.... i hate buying stuff i can build for free.

Or better yet can anyone measure how wide the Leaf Springs are so i can guesstimate how wide to get the metal cut?

ah sounds good man. I actually bought a piece of 1/4" steel to do the same thing, but I couldn't get a strong enough drill bit so I broke down and bought the kit from autozone. Now that's gone though and I'm running the hotchkis leaf springs.

The Autozone ones are junk. BTW. Along with most of everything else Autozone sells for parts.
