Default Speedometer calibration

Are there any shops to get my speedometer calibrated to taller tires I just put on. I don't want an aftermarket programmer because I don't need to change anything else on the computer. Its off enough to were I noticed the mpg on my driver info center has dropped by 4mpg but its not sucking the gas up. Its show less miles driven than actual on the odometer.
