edit: ...and yes...I searched and I read til my eyes bled w/o finding one...maybe THAT should have been a sign of the answer...?

 

I know of shock extenders available, but no relocation kits that I'm aware of. I know that a lot of guys have done custom jobs on this site though...

 

just buy coilover brackets for a axle then shock tabs for the upper mount.
