i dont have a tune yet. what i am trying to figure out is if i can do a segment swap for the 80E with my PCM

Read your current tune and post it up, that number you listed doesnt have enough numbers.

Disregard, 1271005 should be a good number. Who did your current tune? That OS is showing as 1bar MAP SD Enhanced.

ok so i use that to look for a segment swap? or is that number somehow associated with a PCM compatible of a segment swap? sorry for all the dumb questions. trying to get my **** in order before the trans gets here.

Click on the OS tab on the main screen and see what it says. I suspect your original OS should be 9381344. If you upload your current tune it would help us help you.

If it has never been re-flashed by a dealer then you should have the original 09381344

If was ever re-flashed then it would have been 12205612 which is a later calibration for the 00 model.

There is a factory 6.0/4L80E version for both OS's

tomorrow i will go out and pull the tune. i hope Synergy didnt lock it. im fairly certain he said he wouldnt.

Joseph, then OS he listed above is a HPT custom OS number. We just need his original OS which I am pretty sure we know.

oh Rick at Synergy did this tune. i have another PCM in my tool box that was done by Wheatley but im positive its locked.
