S10 calipers how much to grind to fit 15s

Default S10 calipers how much to grind to fit 15s

well I've asked a few people on here how much i need to grind a set of S10 calipers to fit 15s but no one has any pics . I'm looking at a set of bogarts 15x10 6.5 bs rich told me no way no how with disc brakes he dosent even think 16x10 will clear. so pretty much i need as much info on this as possible so i can no what I'm getting myself into before i spend mucho denaro on a set of wheels and have them be paper waits.

I'd have to guess yes, because the caliper uses a smaller single piston. Not sure how much less though, may be negligible for every day driving. May be more apparent in a panic stop though.

Tex I'll take ya up on that, Calipers, brackets everything needed. I only have 26k miles on my truck/brakes.

let me take some pictures of it this weekend. i had to take so much off, i even had to take the caliper boots off a little. i never really noticed a difference in stopping power. my biggest problem was getting vacuum(sp?) with my largish cam. you can keep your brackets. they bolt directly to your OEM brackets.
