What torque converter would i want to go for on a Radix'd 5.3L and a LPE GT2-3 cam??
Would i really want to stay with a 3000 rpm or something a little tighter?

How's your traction so far?I would think more like a 2600 for traction sakes...

Well right now, NA i dont have too much problem with traction. At the track it'll be 4wd launching.

Well **** 4wd then stay with the 3000 and get some sticky tires.Show some people what a real launch is IMO.

Jephs422 made 405 rwt at 3750rpm with that cam (5.3)so a 3000 stall would put you right in the sweet spot.My guess is you will need a 80e before the fall.but she would be bad.

I hope I can keep the trany going for a while. I try not to beat on it too hard. If it goes, oh well, guess i'll need and FLT 4l65e.

I would keep it at 3000 or less. The radix makes full boost instantly.

Yeah, but that's the question really, do I want less of a stall?

I just ordered mine Monday and after talking to Chuck I went with a PI 2400. With the instant torque of the Radix you don't really need that higher stall, now the question is do you want it? If you tow at all with the Radix I would definitely stay under 2600.

Oh and I said I would not beat on mine either and I went 3000 miles and mine is toast.
