Default Rebuilt vs New

I am in the market for a 4L80e trans, and was wondering what you guys thought about buying a rebuilt one vs a new one. I know they would be nearly the same but what to you gain having a new one other then the fact that it is new?
Also if anyone knows of a good company to work with, I have seen a few on here but I am just not sure...

All the transmissions for sale are rebuilt. They just have a fresh coat of spray paint to make them look new. You cant get a new 4L80e
