Hello, I just had my trans built and after the problem free install, there is no reverse.....It was there before, where did it go?

I had it rebuilt because it had no 4th and there was a huge delay shifting into 3rd. Now its worse but with an extra gear. My luck.

I had it rebuilt by a shop and it has a warranty, Its full of fluid, everything is connected properly. I dont know what or how to check anything.

I put it in 1st and nail the gas, wheels spin, put it in 2nd and nail the gas, it doesnt spin. Put it in 3rd and nail it, it spins. My builder says he thinks it the converter, which is a stock replacement Dacco from Autozone. I dont know how that would prevent reverse from engaging.

Please help me out! Ive been workin on this truck for 3 wheels and now that its together I still cant drive it.
