Default Rear Suspension Not Fully Settleing At Stop

Installed 2" rear shackles some time ago. Have started to notice that when I come to a stop the rear suspension doesn't always fully settle until I release some of the pressue off the breaks. I don't notice anything any other time.

For example I need to quicky slow for traffic from 50mph, come to a stop, rear suspension does its thing, release the brake some because no need to keep the peddle mashed to the floor, feels like the rear is adjusting (dropping) or i'm getting bumped into.

Would like to get this figured out. One more thing the shackles have two different points to mount at for different levels of drop I installed it at the bottom and middle holes. Could this be something to do with it?

Might be axle wrap. Mine did this. I just got a set of lakewood traction bars(100$) and it didnt do this anymore.

Default Axle wrap

Was thinking axle wrap was more of an issue with traction.

Default Slip Yoke

Could this be a dry/catching slip yoke that needs greased.
