Default Rear Hanger Install Help Needed!!!!!!

Hey guys, im in the process of dropping my truck 2/4. Im using hangers and shackles in the rear and i can not figure out how in the world these hangers install. I have the passenger side stock one removed already, I can only get the hanger to bolt in one way and when its installed like this I cant get the bolt through for the leaf spring. does this need to be drilled out??? Wondering if they sent me the wrong ones. Ive turned them every way possible and this is the only way they will line up with the stock holes. Please help ASAP!!!!

truck is an 04 rcsb silverado

You have to put the leaf spring and leaf spring bolt into the hanger before you bolt it to the frame, same as Belltech.
