rear flip, spring questions?

the new trucks have a coil over setup, but its still torsion right?

Yes they have coilovers so no its not torsion. Torsion bars act as springs so with the coilovers there'd be no need for them. Its still an IFS but uses springs instead of torsion bars if that sounds better.

a flip by itself will lower the rear 7" from the stock height...
if you want more of a mild drop, get some hangers for a 6" drop...
add shackles to that hanger for a 5" drop from factory height...
the flip kit will eliminate the factory blocks, or can possibly be used as lowering blocks if you want to go lower...

I have a 99 4x4 lowered almost 6.5 inches in the front 8 back and and I have had no issues with cv's
