Default rear end question

I have a stock 2004 gmc sierra with push button traction control, can someone tell me:

what rear end I have?

Is it posi with traction control button pushed?

Will it handle a supercharger stock the way it is?

Look in your glove box for a sticker with a bunch of numbers on it write them down and then find them all on this.

You can also google VIN Decoder and type in your VIN and it'll tell you what you got.

Is the truck a 1500? Also trucks do not have Posi-Traction.
GM Trucks have locking rear differentials. They react and operate
totally different from each other. The locking differential carrier is
mechanically operated, it is not controlled by the traction control.
I have seen stock 10 bolt differentials take a beating. Really depends
on driving style and application.

My 10 bolt has taken one hell of a beating at my power level(600+whp). I'm actually surprised it has lasted, and almost every time I run it really hard it's always in the back of my mind.
