rear brakes... EradiSpeed vs. SUV conversion

rear brakes... EradiSpeed vs. SUV conversion
Trying to decide between going with the EradiSpeed rear setup (on sale for $375) or the SUV (Tahoe/Suburban) parts (~$200).
What size is the EradiSpeed rotor
What size is the SUV rotor?
Do I gain more doing a larger rotor or getting the SUV 2 piston caliper?
Other option is:
If I went with the ErandiSpeed setup for the SUV, I could then use both the SUV caliper AND the larger rotor (~$475).
