Default Qa1 front shocks

My current shocks measure 14.5 extended and 10.0 collapsed. Is the ts511 the shock I need to get? They are 15.34 extended and 10.26 collapsed.

Forget about what your current shocks measure. Who knows if they are right to begin with?

Set the truck up at ride height and measure what the shock length needs to be at ride height. Then figure in you desired extension/compression and go from there.

I'm a newb with suspension setups. I get measuring ride height but how do I figure out my desired extension/compression heights? Compression would be ride height measurement minus the distance of bumpstop to a arm? The extension height I wouldn't have a guess how to figure that out.
