Yes, with vacuum modulation and a billet output shaft. Sent my TC back to PI today for a fix. I'll just have to look at it for a few days

There was some irony on the pickup. Being my truck is down I had to rent one. I had to carry it home in a .....cough..... Dodge

A lot of performance transmission builders recommend it. It takes the PCM out of controlling the transmission line pressures. I have read about and think I experienced a wierd slipped shift that may have been pcm related.

If it behaves like the old school TH400/350's I used to run, I will like it. You get a feel for it and can play with shift firmness with the throttle. Bark tires at part throttle runs or not etc...
