so What is a good flexplate to buy that will not break the bank?

As far as drilling holes that would work, however I cracked the centers of two stock flex plates and wound using two stockers welded together and balanced, prior to going to the Meziere.. If you are not spraying off the line you could probably get away with it... Seems I remeber Parish saying he used a stock one for a long time without trouble.. Ive seen many 5.3 Flex plates cracked with bone stock motors, and there is even a GM bulletin for the problem.. The 6.0's are a little more durable..
To me this is one of those things that you just find a way to pony up the dough for..
