PPV Brakes on NNBS

Excellent visual reference!
Thanks for the measurements. The piston area is significantly smaller than the stock 2 piston floating caliper (2411 sqmm vs 4085 sqmm) so should firm up the pedal a good bit. It actually has a smaller area than any of the aftermarket BBKs for the trucks and most all GM/Brembo/PBR OEM performance calipers. The C6 Z06 6 piston PBR caliper (used with Rudy's brackets) is the closest at 2564. I have not been able to find any reliable measurements for the GMPP Brembo to compare it.

This may be retarded but could I test fit a wheel on a 2019 to know if these brakes fit?
Like I drive a GMT-800 right, so could I just put my wheels on a 2019 to know if they clear? It sounds dumb. Am I retarded?

No short bus rides here. Yes, that is a way to test however, know that the caliper is ~.120 further out from the center of the vehicle…I think….when using on an older truck.

Oof, gonna have to get another set to measure. It's not so much THAT it sticks out, it's WHERE it sticks out. The PPV Brembo brakes have a lot of material near the hub which limits wheel choices. I don't think the 2019+ brakes have that material so close to the hub.

You are talking about these wheels correct? They have a 28mm offset according to OEMWheelsLLC
My GMC Declads have a 31mm offset and your CK162s have a 24mm offset. I am curious to know the spoke thickness. I wonder if my declads wouldn't fit because of spoke thickness.
Edit: Forgot to add backspacing; HC wheels: 6.1, CK162s: 5.94, GMC Declads: 5.97
Now I throw in backspacing because I am wheel dumb and still don't know how a lot of this stuff relates to each other.
I bet on an NBS you still have to do the shimming. I also can't do spacers because my tires are like millimeters away from the fenders, I would be rubbing all day every day.

When it comes to caliper clearance, offset and backspace are not a direct factor. It is all about pad height and spoke design.
This is a snip from BC Forged's site... Notice how a low pad with a flat spoke profile (top left) would have much less caliper clearance than a deep concave high pad design (bottom righ). The flat spoke high pad would allow the most caliper clearance (top right)...
