What's the story on these? How strong are they, how far have they been proven to?

I had one in my Cutlass (3800 lbs) that I raced weekly (big blocks, nitrous, superchargers and slicks). When I took it out after 8+ years, it looked brand new. I put it in a different cars and it is still going today. I like them and would buy again.

mines been doing great, although i'm not putting down any real power. it's definitely noticeable as you would expect from a locker. it installed extremely easy and it's a very positive 100% both wheel drive which are the two reasons i got it. i drive a two wheel drive truck in the winter here so both rear tires are very helpful and i don't have the time to pull the rear axle out of my truck to install something else...my dad put one in his '90 short bed with a strong 383 and a manual tranny and has had no issues with it either.
