remove the crossmember and let the weight of the tranny sag, this will allow the engine to tilt back some. then you will need a 2 ft. extension and a universal joint to get to it. the stud/bolt sizes are 13 and 15mm.

It took me awhile to do mine but mine is 4x4 and it was my first time doing it. I pretty much had no idea what i was doing when i started. Another member was guiding me through the instal by text messaging lol. Make sure you fill it up with at least 1 quart of fluid and make sure the converter is fully seated (1 1/8" from the bellhousing to the converter pads). Then when you bolt the trans back up measure the distance between the flexplate and converter converter pads. It should be between 1/16 - 3/16. If its more than 3/16 then you'll need to shim it.

I'd also pick up a shift kit if you dont already have one.

I just used 3 equal sized washers on mine. They go in between the converter and flexplate. Not sure how common it is but its a good idea to check it so that you dont mess anything up.
