Well I spent about 2.5hrs on it this eve, got one side done ( the hard side where the blower is) I had to notch the flange on the blower outlet slightly to allow for the added hieght of the fuel rails. I egged out the fuel rail mount tabs to compensate for them coming slightly forward on the Pass side and rearward on the drivers side. So far its been uneventfull, actually kinda easier then I expected. I plan to finish it up tom. morning and start on the tune. Ill get some pics up at some point this eve or tom morning.

Originally I thought I would have to make the spacers around 9/16" high but after doing so they were a tad too big so 1/2" is what I ended up doing. 1/2" puts just enough downward pressure on the injectors ( Which isnt much, but enough to keep them sealed). As with many others, I made the spacers out of 1/2" diameter rod that I got at Home Depot. Then I painted the spacers black so they didnt stand out.

Tom. before I finish Ill get a couple pics of where I had to do some adjusting on the blower outlet to make room for the fuel rails, it wasnt really much of anything just a little but maybe helpfull for anyone with a Whipple or KB that wants to do this.

Ok injectors are all in and wired up, everything is back together. No leaks. I have to work on a tune for it now for the injectors. I took more pics, I think I am going to start a 60lb injector how too with some stuff that I searched for and didnt find. I didnt mine slightly different then I have seen others and Ill get into detail about it later. Basically I didnt cut, splice, solder or anything else. I removed the multec injector pins and installed the EV1 pins in there place.

Well I got it running, but it wants to idle lean. I thought that was wierd, I was expecting it to want to idle rich. I have played with numerous different things trying to get it to idle right but no luck. Wants to idle at 18.0, anyone have any tips?http://www.hptuners.com/forum/showthread.php?t=14101
