are you looking to put something on instead like cal trac or assassin bars? I have mine removed with assassin bars in place, while I don't tow ive had 8 people in the bed and it drove fine. id think you would get a lot of axle wrap without the overload and nothing else added

I have assassin bars. The only thing I want to tow is a small enclosed trailer 6x12.

I think youd be fine, that's a pretty small trailer. I wouldn't hesitate doing it with mine. I also have a rear sway bar and front removed, not sure how much of a difference that would make
