I'm about to get rid of the old nv3500 5 speed in favor for a 4l80E. I've found many threads that go from 60 to 80 but none from 5 speed to a 80. I have a wiring harness for a 6.0/4l80e from a express van that came with my 6.0 and will have a trans soon. What all will I need as far as if the harness I have will work of will I need to incorporate it into my factory harness, crossmember mods and my driveshaft? I'm going to go with a floor shifter (b&m or hurst) and a edge converter but I'm open to suggestions there also!
