Sorry to bug guys... but I get a little overwhelmed trying to piece together the info on here and since some of it is dated some of it doesn't jive...

I'm about to start the 80e swap into my 05 sierra and am looking for the 19019 32 spline input gear.. while doing so I have ran across a issue with the correct bearing that is supposed to go with it..

Some show a ball bearing 6010-N and some show a roller bearing DB59856... in the pics of one of the write ups it shows it being a roller bearing.. but when your looking it up on some of the websites it shows it as a ball bearing...

The other question now is it seems the only replacements shafts are imported.. I don't know if that's the case with the OEM stuff or not and maybe that's why there is a difference in bearings??
