I've got a 2004 gmc sierra 1500 4wd with 200K on it and a NP246 transfer case its making a grinding noise almost like theres rocks inside in 4wd and even in 2wd just not as loud anyone experience this issue before and figure out what it was

I'm thinking its either a bad bearing or maybe the oil pump
