Noisy tranny?

Noisy tranny?
A while ago my tranny started to make like a winding up noise almost like a wine when it shifts to second and when in third if i accelerate up a hill it will happena bit faintly. now it also gives a kick when in real light throthle from the 1st to second shift. right when it shifts it grabs and it kicks is that normal?
