it almost feels like it's in neutral then finds its way into first gear. i keep a close eye on all my engine fluids, the level is fine and it's still a pretty red. this has been going on a couple months, never seems to get worse and is completely random although it has been happening a little more frequently lately, or so it seems. one instance it downshifted from second to first at low speed to pass a semi and shuddered while first was engaged, albeit only the one or two seconds it was engaged. second was a solid shift. since then, haven't been able to reproduce that feel, don't know if it was road surface or trans, tried the same maneuver in the same spot and cannot reproduce the problem. that's why i'm so stinking confused. curious, what is your normal pricing? if the sale is significant i would like to take advantage of it now IF it turns out i have a problem and can get the trans to act up again
