Default New Tires!

i am trying to decide among the Hankook Ventus st, Nitto 420s, or the General Grabber UHP. they will be on 20's. i am wanting a slightly lower profile tires but not "rubber band" tires. also the truck is street driven 98% of the time and lowered 2 inches. which should i get? why? help!

since no one said anything ima put my two cents in. first i never ran any of the tires but i was going to go with the hankook rh06 but i have 17's and they only come in 30" tires when i wanted something a little taller. from what i see they stick like glue wet and dry, and also ware good. some reported like 40-60k miles on some performance tires.

my opinion on the nittos is they look cool but they seem like they would kinda suck in rain as they have big flat blocks that would make it hydro plain some but would be good for dry weather. they seem to ware ok maybe 30-50k miles.

and general uhp look good and seem to have a rood review on tirerack. they seem to stick well on dry and probably as good wet as the hankook but there rubber seems to be a lot softer as people get 20-40k miles. but for the price it may be worth it.

as for size im liking the 285/50-20(31.2") look just a hair under the stock 275/55-20(31.9") so its a tad thinner but little wider so it could help from scratching the rim a little better.

and for a pic i found this, 285/50-20 with jsut the 2" shackle drop in rear

imo any tire will be fine, once you get over 450rwhp there isnt one that will hook up on the street. i have cooper ht plus fwiw 265/60r18 (30.5'')
