Default Neutral Position Switch Wiring

2003 Tahoe 4L60-E Trans. There are 10 wires coming off the NSS on this trans.
1. BLK/W to pin C1-32 (PCM)
2. WHT to pin C1-34 (PCM)
3. YEL to pin C1-72 (PCM)
4. GRY to pin C2-62 (PCM)

5. BLK to GRD

6/7. (2) PNK's to Under hood fuse block

8. GRY to pin A11 (Trailer Backup Lamp Supply Voltage - under hood fuse block)
9. LT GRN to pin D3 (Park Neutral Position Switch Park Signal - under hood fuse block)
10. DK GRN to pin F11 (Park/Neutral Start Swicth Signal - under hood fuse block)

Can anyone tell me what the original source is for the last 3 wires? If I were building a stand alone harness for this, what would I tie them into?
