ok guys here is the deal i have my 1500 with the 60e tranny in it and with that turbo im pushin bout 500 tq and boat 450 hp to the wheels and my tranny is takin a sh*t the tranny is stock except for a trans gop shift kit and a vaccum modulator. the 1 to 2 shift is horrible now and when i get on it it like to hope to about 5,000 rpm then grab. i want to stick with the same tranny but what mods should i get so i have good performance??? the truck is drivin about twice a week???? please help!

www.finishlinetrans.com...only a very tough and well built 4L60E will take the abuse of a turbo. You might even consider going to a 4L80E...

tru but i wanna stick with the same that the truck carries and will save me a buck or 2 what about the FLT 60e level 4????

Hey Vince, do you have the 300M input shaft for the 60E yet? Would it be an option on the level 5 or would it come as part of the package like the 80E?

their level 5 is actually a 65e. from what i have heard, and you can call up FLT to verify, the level 5 65e will take about 500-550 rwhp.
