Default need some help with lowering and wheels

Hey whats up guys,

This past weekend i detailed my truck and noticed that the 33's have been chipping the out of the side of my truck and i dont go offroading so its time for a change.

I want to lower the truck and put 22's on it with the widest tires possible without sticking out past the fender

I want the truck to ride level or have a slight rake but not as drastic as stock

I also want a light 22 if thats possible lol one that also has a decent size lip

would a staggered look pretty cool or should i leave that to the muscle cars

oh I have a 07 vmax ecsb 4x4

thanks for all the help in advance
