Need help installing earlier 2 piece 4l60e behind 5.3ls

1999 Silverado 4wd 5.3 trans lost 3rd forth gear . Just bought replacement 4l60e noticed different bell housing length,bolt at 12'oclock missing etc.what should I do in order to use this tranny behind 5.3 ? I was thinking swap bellhousing &torque converter any ideas?

Buy a flexplate that will allow you to swap it.
