Default Need help identifying what drop and suspension I have

My apologies for the rookie post, but I went to buy some shocks and realized I have no idea what drop is on my truck. I bought it a few months ago and the PO can't remember what it has.
I have no idea if it’s a 3/4 or what? Can anyone shed any light on how much and with what kit my truck is dropped? Stupid question I know, DOH!
The front appears to be with springs and the rear…I don’t know. I’ve attached a pic of the truck and measured from the center of the rim (the hub) to the center of the fenders and this is what I got:
Front: 16”
Rear: 17”
Any of you suspension gurus have an idea?

Thanks!

I'm thinking about ordering the Belltech ST shocks, but want to know if I should order the standard or the drop shocks.

Best I can tell, 3" drop springs in the front, shackles and hangers in the rear = 4" drop. Hope this helps.

Alright, I crawled under there again and took a photo of the spindle. Does it look like a stock unit or an aftermarket? I need to get the truck in the air so I can read the numbers on it, hopefully that'll tell me if it's OEM. Just want to make sure I don't have drop spindles and springs...is that a possibility?

Thanks all for the help.
