Found a site Dutchman Motorsports. Not a sponsor but they sell custom axle shafts. Has anyone ever heard of them and if so do they do good work?

May have to break down and do this. May call them and tell a live person what I am wanting.

Yes, I most certainly have heard of Dutchman. They've been around a lond time. Gotta be at least 25+ yrs.

EDIT:They've been around for 40. That doesn't happen by accident. In the automotive world, esp. on products like a rear, if you're not good, you're gone. A good rep is everything.
I think of then, just like I would of Moser. In fact, yrs. ago, I thought I might be using their axles instead. While I'm not in the position to build a rear for that car, I wouldn't worry if I had to use Dutchman. If doin a full custom rear, Currie or Moser is who I thought we see my $. But shipping from Currie (in CA) all the way across the country, as is Dutchman, costs a bit. Dutchman is in Portland, or while Moser is in Portland, IN - a whole lot close. Strange is also kinda closer. SO bottom line, it comes down to who u feel builds the best product. One day, I'll be able to afford to that rear for that car.

Far as I know. I never used their products personally, but I know that they advertised in the car mags, or at least they used to. I saw that name when I was a teen reading the rags. I wouldn't be worried to use them. Do some research & their price is probably comparable to Moser, maybe better. IDK how their pricing is, since I haven't needed to look into this. I do know that yrs. ago when I priced out a Currie rear like I wanted it was at least $2500, but $3000 or more setup like I really wanted. It's kinda always been a dream of mine to have Currie rear under my Camaro. Moser's price is pretty competitive (vs. Currie) for a Camaro w/. torque arm, & I know they (Moser) offer a drop-in unit for my app. It's not that I've given up on a Currie, I've just expanded my options, not that I may've just changed my plans. We'll see when time comes; who offers what I feel is best.

You should also do what u feel is best. Internet is helpful, but it's your money & decision in the end. Does that help?

I got the rear whole rear just need the axles. Got Nissan hard body I was putting a LS in that I will be driving now, parking mine and going to tear into it. Got a list of things to do.

Putting in a sprayed 370, 4L80E, roll cage, 9" rear, four link, fuel cell and a bagged setup for the four link. It is going to be a while before it is running again so time really isn't a issue just hate the part of trying to get a person to understand what I want. Worse when you have to do it over the phone or email.

Yeah I talked to Matt at Moser. He said they do them a lot. A set new and custom drilled is only $250 so not bad for two axles. They also ship in 2 days from time of order. So looks like I will be going with Moser.

That's even better than I thought; I expected $289 a pr. (or so).
