Question Need Help, drum to disk brake conversion.

I have a 2005 GMC Sierra Z71, looking to install an OEM rear disk brake setup. Is there anyone out there who has made this conversion? If you could please give any/all details, pics, anything to get me started.

Thanks in advance.

just swap the whole rear end...easier and cheaper i think. Daryn C put a disc brake rear end on his 07 chevy.

ive been tossing this idea around too. Do you need to fart around with proportioning valves to balance out the brakes?
