Default Is My Tranny Dying?????

I only have est. 62,xxx on my truck and now i cant even floor it sometimes when i do it seems to not shift and then throws a code (lil engine flashes but my handheld tuner wont read any dtc's from it) so i dunno whats going on the tune isnt the issue its not installed anyone elseever have this problem? under normal driving conditions it seems to drive perfectly only when i get on it it will gain in rpm and not really much speed and stays in gear longer than normal than light flashes for a few and goes out

Have you replaced your fuel filter lately??? Either that or your cats are getting stopped up. Atleast that is what it sounds like!!!

If the engine light flashes, that means a catalyst damaging misfire has been detected. You must fix any drivability problems before chasing transmission problems, their might not be anyting wrong with the tranny, just feels that way.

just saying thanks for the input guys i just changed the fuel filter did a few 5k plus runs and no codes or anything
