VOILA...This is up to about 80mph at around the one minute mark of the video.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ttbm_jsgLuM

All that shows is that it's not the rear end or the axles...however, guess what!! With the rear end in the air and me sitting in the truck I still felt it, just not as violently which makes me think it's the Drive shaft. I'm a idiot that I didn't think of putting the camera underneath to record the DS.

Oh and this is what was left on my garage floor after I pulled my truck out!
From the tailpipe...

And from my cut-out!

It's water and soot I think...I'm running pig rich so I'm sure my turbo is all gunked up with this stuff.

I'm loading a 2nd video from a different angle.

check the u joint caps. might be best to disconnect the driveshaft from the rear end and make sure all the needles are in the cap and if one didnt fall down.. ive seen stuff similar to this happen..lower speeds though

the plume on decel and the liquid on the floor look like normal condensation steaming off to me.

It could be one of your U joints.... I had a 99 z71 that had a shot rear u joint and it felt like the rear of the truck was jumping up and down when you would let off the gas....

Yeah, check that u-joint. It is very odd though that the tune change and the issue follow in suit.

I doubt its the tune. I vote ds, pinion/pinion bearing. Take it back to the place who did your gears.

Had this happen in an old mud truck, turned out to be the center pin in the rear gears was sliding down just a little and rubbing in the housing causing a slight bind everytime it made a round. It was at randomn speeds however, so I would vote for u joint or driveshaft.
