Default McGaughy 2500 torsion keys on a 1500??

Can any one tell me if the McGaughy's (33088) 2500 2"-3" drop keys will work on a 2006 1500 Sierra. I was just wanting to check before I pay shipping both ways and 20% restocking fee.
Thanks,
Steve

IIRC, I want to say that a stock 1500 key will give the 2500 a 2-3" lift. So a 2-3" 2500 drop key is probably the same as your stock 1500 key.

If a stock 1500 raises the 2500, then a 2500 key will lower the 1500. If you buy lowering keys for a 2500 and install them on your 1500, it will likely be too low. Look for stock 2500 keys to lower your 1500.

Did i make that confusing enough?
