Some members over at fullsizechevy have been using this spring and they say it doesw wonders for loads and handling. I think i might get a set of these they look nice and sound like they will do wonders.Springs
Some acctually said it will lift the rear if tighten them too much.

i was looking at that... an extra step to keeping that sway under conrol... helps with losing your rear end too around corners... ithink it would go great with a sway bar as well.

that just sits right on top of your upper most leaf? or do you take one out?

its on top of the upper one. you can see in the picture that truck still has all 3 springs in it. i guess if it works for what you want then it is worth 40 bucks

Some acctualy said the sway bar makes little to no difference with this it it just makes the ride stiffer. Its the to help the 2 top springs not travel much not so good for offroading where in that case youll need a sway bar i guess.

I have them, installing them this weekend when I yank the rear drums to paint them.

We shall see. Figured for 40 bucks, I cant go wrong. No reason to overtighten them though, some have tightened them to the recommended level for hauling 800 .lbs. Think I will only do that if I am actually hauling a load. I'll set them where they're supposed to be set.

People only talked about better handling but can you test them over bumps and see if they ride stiffer, better, or same. I want them but want to see if it gets stiffer it wouldnt be bad but i wouldnt like it too stiff. I would apreciate it i think we that are interested in this would also.

I got these, they helped out a ton with keeping the truck level while towing. Still sags a little, but not near as much as it used to. It also raised the back end up by an inch and a half or so, but it's lots more expensive than the Summit springs. Good part is since there are roller shackles on the end, it gives it a little more movement before it starts to kick in.

People talk about those super springs but for the price if i was towing i would go with the hevier duty sumit ones they have a 3500k capacity.

I've got them on my 2wd, and I think they work well. The back end doesn't bounce around on pitted pavement like it used to. The handling is noticably better IMO. I don't feel the sway in the body when cornering hard any more.
