Default lowring the Z/71

hi this is my second thread here

i need your help in haw far can I lower a Z/71 My1999 with out using a flip kit
only spindels , springs and blocks

i need to give it a standard type look somthing like the that Mr.parish truck looks

PS. i am not mutch of an offroader i use my truck on the streets more
