Default Lowering HELP...confused...

I want to lower my 04 Avv with a 2/4. What do I need to do this AND will I need to do the notch?
Most important...what about the pinion angle? is there somewhere to put shims?

Do the djm 3/5 drop, It is the best one out there in MHO. It comes with new front LCR's and the re alignment is spot on great!, the rear comes with all nesc. hardware and puts it at a great stance! Mine rides better than factory, totally looses the Spongy feeling!

If you go 2/4, you can get away without a notch. You can do an economy drop on your truck that includes front lowering keys, rear shackles, and removing the 4x4 lift blocks (if equipped, not sure if the SUV's use blocks like the trucks do). If there are no blocks, you could always do hangers along with the shackles.

The DJM kit that supersub mentioned sounds nice, but I think you'll need a notch to go down 5" in the rear...you would on a truck, again I'm not 100% sure on an SUV.

SUV's are 5-Link,no notch required. No hangers or shackles to work around.

Rides great and it leave's hard!

What about the pinion angle? Wudn't 5" drop change the -ve 2-3* angle to +2-3*?
Also...running 305/50/20's...what kinda trouble will I run into with just the 2" or the 3/5? Can I simply remove the plastic well guards?
