Default Looking for a drop! Help needed

Im looking drop my 01 silverado..i want a drop but not too low,what do you all recomend? What drop do u have ? If you can post pics of your trucks it would be great.

Its on currently not drop.stock .im looking to drop it but not alot.

I was thinking of a 4/6..not sure if its too low.is there any other drop besides the 4/6

Just remember if you go 6in or lower in the rear you have to cnotch the frame.

I don't know if the OP is reg cab, ex, or crew; 2wd or 4x4, but FWIW my last truck was an '06 Z71 Crew and I dropped it 3/4 and was real happy with it. Rode like stock, minor increase in turning radius, and best of all total cost < $100.

I'm working on putting together a package for the new ride now...

You can aquire a 2/4 drop will looks slightly lowered but ride great. If you dont wanna go too low then deff stay higher than 4/6. If you do go 2/4 id suggest a 6in flip kit w/ 2in lift shackles. Just incase if you ever plan on going lower you can just put on stock shackles and be at 6in. The front springs are the easiest for a 2in drop.
