I cut and extended one of them and just bent the other one flat. and the only thing you need to get the old ujoint out is a torch and a hammer heat the ujoint up till the plastic lock starts oozing out of the ujoint its got some gay plastic injection lock then take a hammer and beat them out very simple but be careful when you take the new ujoint apart and put the middle of it in the yoke and then take the caps and beat them in to the yoke make sure the needle bearings dont turn in the cap or your gonna have a problem.

you can do it with your hands its not that big of a bend and the tubing isnt that hard to bend you'll see what im talking bout when you get under it and start to do it. im done with mine and now i'm not gettin any fluid pumped to my cooler and it wont move i dont know if my converter is not right b/c the one they built me was supposed to work with out the spacer and maybe they messed up or when i put the spring in the pump i pinched a oring or something i put all new seals in it and gaskets when i put it back in im stumped but i know its one of the 2.

tranny is in...THANKS cablebandit & quicksilverado!!!
cross-member being modified tomorrow...
new u-joint must've been boxed wrong...swapping it out tomorrow...
only needed to cut and extend the rear cooler line...the front one was able to be straightened out a bit and the end bent back forward a bit and it fit right in...like pewter53 said
have a few loose ends for tomorrow while the cross-member is being modified...mounting bolts for the NSS...shifter arm for the shift cable end...routing of the front VSS wires and connection to the pcm
hopefully we'll finish that up tomorrow, upload the modified tune, fill w/ fluid and fire her up...
